Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths begins to near its end, Batman teams up with the Joker for a new Black Label series from Marc Silverstri, Superman returns to Earth after his battle on Warworld and more in DC Comics’ November comic and trade paperback solicitations.
Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths its debuting its sixth and penultimate issue, which promises an all-out war between the newly formed team of superheroes and Deathstroke’s Dark Army, on Nov. 8. The Justice League’s return is also imminent; although, not all of the heroes fans know and love may be making it home to join in on the battle. The major crossover event expands further with two spinoffs, including the Damian Wayne-led Dark Crisis: The Dark Army #1 and the Red Canary-starring Dark Crisis: War Zone #1.
Elsewhere, Superman’s time in Warworld comes to a close as he races back to Earth in Superman: Kal-El Returns Special #1 by Mark Waid, Sina Grace, Alex Segura, Marv Wolfman, Max Raynor, Dean Haspiel, Jack Herbert and Reilly Brown. The Man of Steel will then join his son, Jon Kent, in battling in army of Lexcorp robots in Superman: Son of Kal-El #17 by Tom Taylor, Cian Tormey and Ruairí Coleman.
Batman is keeping plenty busy throughout November, whether it be in his brawl against Failsafe in Batman #129 and #130 or when protecting Gotham City from a supernatural invasion in Detective Comics 2022 Annual and Detective Comics #1066. The Dark Knight will also be teaming up with his arch enemy, the Clown Prince of Crime, in a new Black Label series from Marc Silverstri, Batman & The Joker: The Deadly Duo, which launches Nov. 1.
Nubia is also joining the Justice League, Blue Beetle is getting a new solo series, the Justice Society of America makes a grand return, Poison Ivy embarks on a second story arc, Teen Justice’s fight against Sinestra and her Green Lantern Corps concludes and much more!
